If you don’t want to pay with plastic and you don’t have the necessary cash on hand, you may want to sign up for our PAYMENT-OVER-TIME PROGRAM. Payment-over-time purchase plans are designed for people who want to buy products and services on an installment plan with a credit card. We also have payment options supported by Paypal or if you choose to pay the full price immediately, we have a plan for you.
PLAN 1: EXPRESS - This is a full payment plan that can be paid for on the Destination Webpage(s). There will be no administrative service fee associated with this form of payment.
PLAN 2: EXTENDED: This payment plan is the installment payment plan listed below. You will pay 25% of the cost for your vacation at the point of checkout and then one installment payment will be due every 2 months thereafter until paid in full. This extended payment program has a 15% administrative service fee that is non-refundable once first payment is made and accepted. If you need to cancel, we will send you a check or reverse the charges to credit the same major credit card used. Please note the administrative service fee is NOT WAIVERABLE! This fee has already been added into your cost for each destination travel below.
PLAN 3: LOW DOWN PAYMENT: This payment plan allows a client to pay a low down payment of 15% of the total cost for a destination travel and then pay the rest of your balance over a 6 month period. We will set up a payment plan for your. This plan has an administrative fee of 15% of the total cost of the destination travel. We can take your payment over the telephone: 1-866-774-4077, (618) 589-9330, or you can complete our PSILLC FORM 10 - Credit Card Authorization Form via the download link below. You can scan it and return it to us by e-mail: CS@yourpersonalizedservices.com or FAX: 1-877-774-5177. We do not take checks unless they are FDIC bank issued cashier checks.

If you select to use American Express we require additional validation of your identity via FAX and/or E-mail. Please send a copy of your government issued ID with your AMEX payment. We must insist on this policy for your protection as well as ours due to high fraud. Therefore, your ID must have your photo and official signature.

Package Financing: Vacation Packages include round-trip airfare, round-trip airport/hotel transportation, hotel accommodations at select hotels for standard room category (unless otherwise noted). Financing is available for your vacation package upon approval. Any additional travelers must pay in full at time reservations are confirmed. Premium packages can be arranged to include upgraded room accommodations or suites, car rentals, attraction tickets and travel insurance. Once approved your financing have been approved it will be paid to Personalized Services International, LLC to pay for your vacation. Rates and availability on all package features are subject to change without notice until reservations are confirmed.
Payment Terms are for 8 months because we need to finalize travel 1 month before the trip departs.
There is a 15% administrative fee
for cancellation of trip any time after the initial payment. However if
you cancel within the first 72 hours we will refund all but what the
credit companies charge us for authorization and processing fees.
Normally, this is 3% to 5% service charge.
Each of our trips has a due date
for the final payment. Our standard deadline date is the last day of the
prior month before the start of the trip. For Example: If a trip
departs on October 1 then the deadline for final payment will be August 31. If the
final payment is not received by close of business on the deadline date your
trip will be cancelled and you will be refunded all but the
administrative servicing fees to include credit card processing fees (18%). No waivers will be given!
